SHIPPING

It Tamarindo ships orders to Portugal and other European countries, including the UK. The shipping costs are free on purchases of a higher value:

• at 60€ for delivery in Portugal,
• to 100€ for delivery in Spain,
• to 200€ for delivery in the remaining countries of the Euro zone,
• and at 250€ for the UK.

For purchases below those mentioned above, shipping costs are fixed at 4€ for Portugal, 6€ for Spain, 15€ for other countries in the Euro zone and 20€ for the UK,

All orders will be processed within 24h after payment confirmation, and will be delivered between 1 to 3 working days (Monday to Friday) in Portugal and Spain, and between 3 to 5 working days (Monday to Friday) in the rest of the EU and UK countries. All products shipped through this service are covered by insurance included in the price, at no additional charge to the customer.

Deliveries are made via MRW or CTT Expresso for Portugal and Spain and via DHL for all other European countries, with delivery between 9am – 7pm, Monday to Friday.

We recommend that the recipient’s address be the one he or she is at, or someone he or she trusts, usually by 7 pm.

In the case of orders for Portugal and if there is no one at the indicated address to be able to receive your order, a notice will be left or you will be contacted to reschedule the delivery.
