RETURNS

Return or exchange is accepted and made under the following conditions:

The product must be returned for exchange in new condition and without signs of use within 15 days after receipt of the order. The product should be sent in its original packaging to the following address Rua Pereira e Sousa, nº3, 2º andar – 1350-238 Lisboa, Portugal.

The shipping costs associated with the exchange will be the responsibility of It Tamarindo, only in cases where there is a defect or non-conformity in the shipment of the product to the customer and only after confirmation in the facilities of It Tamarindo of these defects or non-conformities. In all other situations, shipping costs associated with the exchange will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges can also be made at our physical point of sale at no cost.

When resending the new product, the customer will never be charged for the 1st exchange postage.

Product returns are only accepted for original defects.
