SHIPPING
It Tamarindo ships orders to Portugal and the rest of Europe, including the United Kingdom.
Shipping is free for:
- Mainland Portugal — no minimum order value
- Spain — orders over €80
- Other Eurozone countries — orders over €150
- United Kingdom — orders over €250
For orders below the thresholds above, shipping has a flat cost of €6 for Spain, €15 for the other Eurozone countries, and €20 for the United Kingdom.
All orders will be processed within 24h after payment confirmation, and will be delivered between 1 to 3 working days (Monday to Friday) in Portugal and Spain, and between 3 to 5 working days (Monday to Friday) in the rest of the EU and UK countries. All products shipped through this service are covered by insurance included in the price, at no additional charge to the customer.
Deliveries are made via MRW or CTT Expresso for Portugal and Spain and via DHL for all other European countries, with delivery between 9am – 7pm, Monday to Friday.
We recommend that the recipient’s address be the one he or she is at, or someone he or she trusts, usually by 7 pm.
In the case of orders for Portugal and if there is no one at the indicated address to be able to receive your order, a notice will be left or you will be contacted to reschedule the delivery.
