This online store is owned by the company Tamarindo Fashion, Limitada, with headquarters at Rua Pereira e Sousa, nº3, 1250-238 Lisbon, Portugal with the VAT number 514 052 040 and contact number +351 925 254 733 which has as its corporate object the promotion and sale of products of the brand It Tamarindo.

It Tamarindo is a men’s fashion brand of ties and other accessories.

These general terms and conditions of sale exclusively govern the offer, transmission and acceptance of orders placed at www.ittamarindo.pt between consumers of the It Tamarindo online store and the seller.

The “Consumer” shall provide It Tamarindo with an e-mail address, or the details of another form of contact, that is correct and complete and accepts that the “Seller” may contact you using these details if necessary.

2. Payment Methods

You can pay for orders in the online store in the following ways:

• Multibanco transfer to the indicated IBAN;
• Payment at MB through an automatically generated ATM reference (only in Portugal);
• Payment by credit card (Visa or Mastercard);
• Through Paypal.

We do not accept any other method of payment besides those mentioned. Please do not attempt to pay by any means other than specified. If you do so, we cannot be held liable for loss of payment or any other damages that may result.

3. Order Security

The prices of the products displayed on the site contain/carry value-added taxes (VAT). The prices are all quoted in Euros. It Tamarindo does not sell second-hand, defective, or substandard products. The main features of each product shown at www.ittamarindo.pt can be found on each product page.

The products offered for sale on ittamarindo.co.uk may not correspond exactly to the actual product in terms of image and colors, due to the Internet browser and monitor used by the consumer.

All products have an identification label, which proves the origin of the product, its composition and manufacturing quality.

7. Conditions applicable to Promotional Codes (discounts)

The promotion code entitles the user to take advantage of a promotion/discount on the purchase of a specific product or for a set of products, during the period indicated/associated with the promotional code/promotional campaign.

Promotional codes can only be used on online purchases made on the site and may not be sold, exchanged, or given away.

Promotional codes are not combinable with any other promotions or special offers, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

8. Availability

Fulfillment of all orders placed on the site is subject to availability. It Tamarindo tries to ensure that the stock of each product on the site is up to date. However, It Tamarindo reserves the right to cancel orders already confirmed for products that are no longer in stock. In such cases It Tamarindo will inform the customer of this fact and immediately proceed to refund the amount paid.

It Tamarindo does not provide for order cancellation after payment has been made.
